Hmm its not all doom n gloom, so cheer up :)

My Doctor has actually suggested that I come off my antidepressants which I'm in the middle of doing (its a step by step kinda proceedure).

I've been on em now for like 5 or so years, tried to come off em once before but only survived a month without em so had to go back on them, so I'm hoping that this time I'll be OK and finally free again !!!
